Car Radiator Drain Plug Leaking

Check the fuel hoses and lines fuel filter connections and gas tank. It was sitting out and dry for a couple weeks. There should be no fluid in this area if the drain cock is working properly. Never drive a vehicle that has any type of fuel leak.
Now when i put it all back together the plastic drain plug in the radiator leaks. I asked the dealership for a replacement part however it appears that the petcock is attached to the radiator and can not be replaced.
